Important Billing & Payment Updates – Effective January 13th, 2026

Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation as we transition into the new billing and payment system.  Due to rising operating expenses, a $5 monthly rate increase per unit will take effect on March 1, 2026, or upon long-term renewal—whichever occurs first. As a value-based local business, we work hard to keep rate adjustments as minimal as possible while improving efficiencies that allow us to better serve our tenants.

Invoices & Billing Schedule

  • Invoices are sent via email on the 20th of each month via Quickbooks. Payments are due on the 1st. A $15 late fee applies after the 5th.

Payment Methods

  • We accept ACH (preferred), debit/credit cards, and traditional methods such as cash, money orders, cashier’s checks, or checks.

AutoPay & Payment Authorization

  • AutoPay is available starting with the March invoice. Tenants can save payment information in the portal to allow automatic payments.

Long-Term Payment Discounts

  • Pay 6 months: get month 7 free

  • Pay 12 months: get months 13 & 14 free
    To take advantage of a long-term discount, please notify us by email at info@4rstorage.com before the 1st of your renewal month so your invoice can be prepared correctly.
