Important Billing & Payment Updates – Effective January 13th, 2026

Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation as we transition into the new billing and payment system.  Due to rising operating expenses, a $5 monthly rate increase per unit will take effect on March 1, 2026, or upon long-term renewal—whichever occurs first. As a  value-based local business, we work hard to keep rate adjustments as minimal as possible while improving efficiencies that allow us to better serve our tenants.

Invoices & Billing Schedule

  • Invoices are sent via text or email (based on your preference) on the 20th of each month. Payments are due on the 1st. A $15 late fee applies after the 5th.

Payment Methods

  • We accept ACH (no fees), debit/credit cards (may include processing surcharge), and traditional methods such as cash, money orders, cashier’s checks, or checks outside the portal.

AutoPay & Payment Authorization

  • AutoPay is available starting with the March invoice. Tenants can save payment information in the portal to allow automatic payments. If you’d like us to process payments on your behalf, please send written permission via info@4rstorage.com.

Long-Term Payment Discounts

  • Pay 6 months: get month 7 free

  • Pay 12 months: get months 13 & 14 free
    To take advantage of a long-term discount, please notify us by email at info@4rstorage.com before the 1st of your renewal month so your invoice can be prepared correctly.

All articles stored by a rental agreement, and charges not having been paid for thirty days, will be sold or otherwise disposed of to pay charges.
